Welcome to Omachi's Corner! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our restaurant services, including our website, online ordering system, table reservation system, loyalty program, and any other services we provide.

By accessing or using any of Omachi's Corner services, whether online or in-person, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

Omachi's Corner is operated by Omachi's Corner Restaurant, located in Edo State, Nigeria. We specialize in authentic Nigerian cuisine with contemporary flair.

Omachi's Corner provides the following services:

• Dine-in Services: Restaurant dining with full menu service
• Online Food Ordering: Order food for pickup or delivery through our website
• Table Reservations: Reserve tables for specific dates and times
• Loyalty Program: Earn points and rewards for frequent customers
• Catering Services: Special event and corporate catering
• Private Events: Venue rental for special occasions

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice. Service availability may vary based on location, time, and operational capacity.

Order Requirements

• You must provide accurate contact information (name, phone, email, address)
• Orders are subject to availability and restaurant hours
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion
• Special dietary requirements must be communicated at time of order

Payment Terms

• All payments are processed securely through encrypted payment systems
• We do not store credit card information on our servers
• Payment is required at time of order for online orders
• Cash and card payments accepted for dine-in and pickup orders
• All prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦) and include applicable taxes

Cancellations & Refunds

• Online orders can be cancelled within 5 minutes of placement
• Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 3-5 business days
• No refunds for orders that have already been prepared
• Refunds for quality issues will be handled case-by-case
• Store credit may be offered as an alternative to cash refunds

Reservation Policy

• Reservations are confirmed via email or SMS
• Tables are held for 15 minutes past reservation time
• Large parties (8+ people) require 24-hour advance notice
• Special occasion reservations may require a deposit
• Reservation modifications must be made at least 2 hours in advance

No-Show Policy

• No-shows may result in restricted booking privileges
• Deposits for special events are non-refundable for no-shows
• Please call to cancel if plans change

Group Reservations

• Parties of 8 or more may be subject to automatic gratuity
• Large groups may have limited menu options
• Private dining room available for groups of 20+

Program Benefits

• Earn 1 point for every ₦100 spent
• Redeem 100 points for ₦500 off your next order
• Birthday rewards and special member discounts
• Early access to new menu items and events
• Exclusive member-only promotions

Program Rules

• Points and rewards are non-transferable between accounts
• Points expire after 12 months of account inactivity
• One account per customer - duplicate accounts will be merged or suspended
• Fraudulent activity will result in immediate account suspension
• We reserve the right to modify the program with 30 days notice
• Points cannot be redeemed for cash

Account Management

• Members are responsible for keeping account information current
• Lost or stolen rewards cannot be replaced
• Account termination results in forfeiture of all points and rewards

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and current contact information
• Use our services only for lawful purposes
• Respect our staff, other customers, and property
• Not engage in disruptive or inappropriate behavior
• Not attempt to circumvent our ordering or payment systems
• Not create multiple accounts to abuse promotions
• Report any security vulnerabilities or system issues
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Prohibited Activities

• Harassment of staff or other customers
• Fraudulent orders or payment information
• Excessive or unreasonable demands
• Attempting to hack or disrupt our systems
• Reselling our food or services without permission

All content on our website, including but not limited to logos, brand names, menu descriptions, images, recipes, text, graphics, and software, is the exclusive property of Omachi's Corner or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Restrictions

• You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission
• Commercial use of our recipes or menu items is prohibited
• Our name, logo, and branding may not be used without authorization
• Screenshots or photos of our menu may not be used for commercial purposes

User Content

• Reviews and feedback you provide may be used in our marketing
• You grant us the right to use your reviews and photos
• You are responsible for ensuring your content doesn't violate third-party rights

Service Limitations

While we strive to provide excellent service, Omachi's Corner is not liable for:

• Website downtime or technical issues
• Delays in food preparation during peak hours
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Third-party delivery service issues
• Acts of God, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our control

Our Responsibilities

We remain fully responsible for:

• Food safety and quality standards
• Delivering the services we promise
• Compliance with health and safety regulations
• Protecting your personal information
• Honoring our advertised prices and promotions

Maximum Liability: Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question.
